Satan: I Will Buy Armies & Navies & Reign with Blood on this earth...America Has Been At War 93% of the Time – 222 Out of 239 Years – Since 1776...

  --  WashingtonsBlog
In 2011, Danios wrote:
Below, I have reproduced a year-by-year timeline of America’s wars, which reveals something quite interesting: since the United States was founded in 1776, she has been at war during 214 out of her 235 calendar years of existence.  In other words, there were only 21 calendar years in which the U.S. did not wage any wars.
To put this in perspective:
* Pick any year since 1776 and there is about a 91% chance that America was involved in some war during that calendar year.
* No U.S. president truly qualifies as a peacetime president.  Instead, all U.S. presidents can technically be considered “war presidents.”
* The U.S. has never gone a decade without war.
* The only time the U.S. went five years without war (1935-40) was during the isolationist period of the Great Depression.

Here is a graphic depiction of U.S. wars:

And here is the year-by-year timeline of America’s major wars:

In most of these wars, the U.S. was on the offense. Danios admits that some of the wars were defensive.   However, Danios also leaves out covert CIA operations and other acts which could be considered war.
Let’s update what’s happened since 2011:
2012 – War on Terror in Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Syria and Yemen
2013 – War on Terror in Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Syria and Yemen
2014 – War on Terror in Afghanistan, Iraq, Somalia, Syria and Yemen; Civil War in Ukraine
2015 – War on Terror in Somalia, Somalia, Syria and Yemen; Civil War in Ukraine
So we can add 4 more years of war. That means that for 222 out of 239 years – or 93% of the time – America has been at war. (We can quibble with the exact numbers, but the high percentage of time that America has been at war is clear and unmistakable.)
Indeed, most of the military operations launched since World War II have been launched by the U.S.
And American military spending dwarfs the rest of the world put together.

No wonder polls show that the world believes America is the number 1 threat to peace.

Are we walking with the Lord?

Will all those who claim to know Jesus be surprised when He denies knowing you?
America boasts a Christian population of around 80%, and there are over 400 thousand evangelical pastors leading churches, big and small, across the United States. Despite such demographics, we are bearing witness to one of the most insidious waves of apostasy this country has ever seen. Open rebellion and treachery against the Lord abounds in our daily lives, from tolerance, acceptance and even our embracement of evil deeds and behavior.
As a nation, we have turned our backs on Jesus and God almighty, using the pretext of tolerance as we embrace the lies our hearts have conceived. Despite such actions, we claim to be Christians…When a nation forgets God, judgment follows.
When man claims to know Jesus but fears not the Lord, there is no refuge from His judgment.

                                     HISTORY REPEATS

Today's society is one of conforming and political correctness.
Many "Christians" conform to the anti-Christ theme of this society.
In many cases, "Christians" have conformed out of a fear of being different.
People want to be liked & accepted by everyone.
When we seek man's approval, the truth of Jesus Christ is not in us.
Jesus Christ did not conform or dance around the truth.

Jesus said in 1 John 2:15-17

(15) Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

(16) For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

(17) And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Many "Christians" seek the world's approval as opposed to that of the Lord. Jesus said the following in

Matthew 6:24
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

The truth is that if we are truly walking with the Lord Jesus Christ, we are going to be persecuted. As it is stated in Matthew 5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

This world will hate us for His namesake. This world does not want to hear the truth that Jesus Christ taught. This world wants to denounce Jesus Christ in every possible way. The enemy wants us to focus all of our time & energy on our earthly lives. satan wants us to focus all of our attention on this physical world in which we all temporarily live. satan wants us to live our whole lives trying to store up empty treasures on earth. The thing that satan does not want you to do is to Truly seek Jesus and focus on your spiritual life. The enemy tries his best to make people feel scared or timid about professing their love for Jesus Christ. People are vocal about truth in their own homes but they become silent in public. Jesus said in

Mark 8:38
Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of Me and of My words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.

The fear of not wanting to offend anyone has led to the moral decline of our society. Many people want to believe that they can love the Lord & the world at the same time. Masses of people are on the broad road to Hell. Yet people still seek the acceptance of the masses instead of the Lord. Pleasing man will lead you to Hell. Pleasing the Lord will lead you to eternal life. Seek Jesus with all of your heart & soul.
